  • "Beginner's Mind: Meditation for Stress Reduction."  This three-part workshop provides training in concentration, mindfulness, and loving kindness meditations. 
  • "Stress Reduction for Health Enhancement," a workshop that was presented for the Financial Women's Association. 
  • "Power of the Mind: Self-Hypnosis for Health Enhancement," and "Meditation: A Tool for Stress Reduction."
